@bunq#155995 What happens if they have a joint bank account with a different user?
@bunq#155479 In that topic you state with no extra costs? Why do we have to pay 5 euro extra per month? (We had joint with 3 persons)
@johannes#155396 With three persons in joint there is already an extra cost of 5 euros per month for the next three months.
I think also that many people does not know this. My wife had no clue that this happened and I still have to inform my mother and sister....
@bunq#154527 For exact the same price? We have to pay 15 euros instead of 10 euros now...
I am also very unhappy with this change. With my family (wife and son) I had a joint subscription. I liked it in that way, because I was paying the monthly costs and almost all of my bank-accounts are shared with my wife. This change has multiple negative consequences:
- My wife and son have to pay the monthly costs.
- In the coming three months we pay 15 euros instead of 10 euros. So the message of free premium is not valid in our case.
- After the three months it will be 24 euros (3 times 8 euros) or 20 euros for pack.
- We do not get the extra benefits of premium because most of our bankaccounts are shared and we do not need extra cards/bank accounts.
I just had the same issue; I have an iPhone 7 with iOS 13.3. Reinstalling the app solved the problem. The two screenshots show the messages what I saw (they are kind of technical, and not giving any hints on how to solve the problem).
@LH-Black-Wolf#119874 I did not mean to exclude the joint account(s), but to show in the insight only your own payments (including from the joint-accounts).
For me the current way of working is fine already, but I just said as suggestion on the first post.
@LH-Black-Wolf#119769 I did not fully understand your comment. Are you using android and is the behaviour on android different?
Because drag down does not enable/disable the privacy mode in my case... Or what do you mean with drag down?
Or as different option (instead of showing 50%) that only your own payments are shown (and not of your bank-account-partner).
Nice idea, it would be nice to add multiple (custom) tags/categories to payments.
