If I enable it in the settings the total amount is visible (see picture). If I use the icon then it works properly. Is this a feature or a bug?

@jgjverheij#119751 normally the Total is not visible, you have to drag down to show it. I'm not entirely sure whether this is intentional, I'd honestly say it's a bug or improvement. Can you also report it to the Support chat 💬 or report@bunq.com just to make sure? 😁
@Sander#119756 Yeah but you have to drag down to enable the privacy mode :P So if you do that in an event like in the video (though I seriously don’t know anyone who leaves their phone with an opened banking app lying on a table...), the total will stay visible unless you dismiss it. And then you have to drag down again to get to the eye. So that probably should be hidden as well for convenience. :)
Also in der Android App funktioniert die Einstellung ganz normal.
Bug. When you force close and open then it’s hidden.
Bug. When you force close and open then it’s hidden. So maybe the button doesn’t “tell’ the sum total to go blurry
@Sander#119756 I'm using Android, and the total is always visible.
On my Android device the total is blurred when activated.
@Ravi#119774 Yes indeed, if I close and then open the app it works as expected.
@Sander I sent an email to support.
@jgjverheij#119782 super, thanks! I assume this is a relatively simple fix, so let's hope it makes it into the next release. 😁
@LH-Black-Wolf#119769 I did not fully understand your comment. Are you using android and is the behaviour on android different?
Because drag down does not enable/disable the privacy mode in my case... Or what do you mean with drag down?
@jgjverheij#119862 No I meant you have to drag down to get to the eye. Then the total funds shows up as well and stays on-screen. So not hiding it would be annoying as you’d have to do an extra swipe.
However, after restarting the app it properly hides it here as well so the problem appears to be solved. :)
@jgjverheij#119751 That's a bug indeed on iOS! It should be hidden. Will make sure this gets fixed.
Het zou ook moet Peremant vergrendeld met face id of code ... nu kan ik door rekening open om saldo te zien ...
@Andreas#120141 Is it also possible to hide / switch on privacy mode when you select a bank account?
Now in the general overview everything is hidden, but when I go to a specific account, still everything is visible.
@jgjverheij#119751 It’s fixed very quickly, working okay now here 👍
@Tuur#120197 That would be a great idea as well 👍
+1
Is it intended behaviour that the balance is not hided everywhere in the app? For example when linking another account to a card, the balance is still shown. I personally think it would be great to also hide the balance in that list, because I often change accounts when standing in line in the supermarket etc.
Hi everyone! Thanks a lot for your reports. Our developers fixed the issue. It is now available in the latest update (iOS 12.1.0) 👍🏼Thanks for the patience!
