@Krmblr#154300 Hi Kevin,

We are locking topics to concentrate everyone's feedback in one place, but we do wait for a proper answer before doing so.

We thank you for your feedback, constructive feedbacks are more than welcome if they can help us improve our product

    My idea for a compromise regarding post bunq joint world: put the bunq pack pricing between premium and super green. 12.99 Euro would be acceptable for me using it similar to my current joint account (as a couple) but having the 2 more slots for anyone could be a trigger to grow the base. For bunq and us it would still be simple but doesn’t close doors. Less is often more. As a community suffering though times this could be a way.

      @bunq#154321 Voi avete voluto fare di testa vostra, se avete sbagliato rimettere Joint altrimenti chiederemo bunq

        Just make all Premium accounts 5 EUR, as said before. Then you can really say that removing Joint (and Pack) is simplifying things...

          @bunq#154321 Hi Bunq!

          Understandable you are trying to prevent chaos, personally I do think informative replies would help more than making people feel silenced though.

          But I (and I think others) are curious about the rationale, would you be so kind as to answer those questions?
          Just to be clear, the question asked in the survey was:

          Should we make the Green Card greener?

          • If this change is really about simplifying memberships, could you not just rename the Bunq Joint membership? Or perhaps introduce a Bunq Pack for two?
          • Do you think basing the choice on a survey that seemingly very little users saw is fair?
          • Do you think the question asked in the survey really relates to closing down the Joint membership option?

            @bunq#154321 this is not true, even my replies in to the main channel are being deleted. It does not have to do with any centralization of the topic.

              @Marcel-Maroon-Panda#154261

              Ik heb voor maandag een beeldbankier afspraak staan om mijn oude ABN rekening (waar nu overstapservice op zit richting BUNQ) te heractiveren. Als ik dan hetzelfde doe als jij zit ik ook op circa 7 euro per maand. Mocht er in de komende dagen geen goed nieuws komen vanuit Bunq is het ook bye bye Bunq!

                @Krmblr#154353 Hi Kevin,

                I hope this answer can shed some lights over some of your interrogations:

                We always keep an eye on Together to see what are the most requested improvements and the most common feedback. We love using this platform to bring us together and to help us improve the bunq experience day after day. Every now and then we also run some surveys on Together or via email, to help us better understand the wants and needs of you, our users. This is how we ensure that we can build a bank tailored to all bunqers.

                Once we launched the Green Card, we received an incredible amount of positive feedback regarding this green initiative. At the same time, we've seen that a lot of bunqers wanted to start planting trees with all bunq cards, to achieve an even greener impact on our planet. This is why we introduced the SuperGreen subscriptions.

                As we reached more than 10 different subscriptions, we wanted to simplify the subscription scheme to ensure we can offer an easy and convenient banking experience, also when choosing the subscription best fitting your needs.

                  @Robert-Green-Shark#154320
                  That’s exactly how I think about it !!!
                  I just don’t trust them anymore, despite the wonderful product up until now !!

                    I am also very unhappy with this change. With my family (wife and son) I had a joint subscription. I liked it in that way, because I was paying the monthly costs and almost all of my bank-accounts are shared with my wife. This change has multiple negative consequences:
                    - My wife and son have to pay the monthly costs.
                    - In the coming three months we pay 15 euros instead of 10 euros. So the message of free premium is not valid in our case.
                    - After the three months it will be 24 euros (3 times 8 euros) or 20 euros for pack.
                    - We do not get the extra benefits of premium because most of our bankaccounts are shared and we do not need extra cards/bank accounts.

                      @bunq#154372 Bedankt, duidelijke uitleg. Alleen niet helemaal correct. Het woord onze gebruikers suggereert toch een behoorlijke groep. Dat blijkt dus niet zo te zijn. Maar ok, ik vind het zo prima, bunq accounts en bunq green accounts je kan kiezen. Als je bomen wil neem je een green account, wil je een bank dan een gewoon account. Dat je minder verschillende accounts maakt is ook mooi. Waar ik echt op geen enkele wijze begrip voor op kan brengen is het schrappen van het bunq joint account. Alleen omdat die verwarrend zou zijn? Geef het dan een andere naam bijvoorbeeld. Nu lijkt het er echt op dat de enige reden is om meer geld te krijgen.

                        @bunq#154372 Thanks for your reply! In light of everything that has been said so far today on Together, Twitter, the chat and other channels, did you expect such an outrage?

                          Seriousness is the key when it comes to money! me and my girlfriend have now completely converted our account to BUNQ. That took a lot of time. Now the joint account is closed for flimsy reasons and we can a) move the account again or b) accept a price increase of 60%.

                          I will decide for a) and this is not a question of money, but of how to deal with the customers.

                            @bunq#153032 Wat de meeste klanten vooral eenvoudig begrijpen is dat het ze veel meer geld gaat kosten.. terwijl velen bewust overtuigd zijn door het joint account. Je kunt nu een topic aanhalen maar de meeste klanten hebben gewoon een bank een Facebook en een insta.. daar communiceer je mee via de kanalen die ze gebruiken.

                              @bunq#154372 Undoubtedly it's good for you to simplify things and go from 10 subscriptions to less and to be a green bank and to plant trees. But how I see it currently:

                              You asked all your customers if they want to simplify subscriptions and plant trees? Obviously everyone agrees. You did not asked, or even communicated that this would result in a 60% increase in subscription fees. Also, how would you think people are going to respond. It's such a bias'ed poll. How would you think the answers were going to be, if you asked your joint customers, if they would like to remove the joint subscription and pay 60% more in order to plant trees? No one would agree obviously.

                              Of course introducing a green card results in an incredible amount of positive feedback, because you give your customers the opportunity to be green.

                              What you're doing now is forcing us to pay more.

                              Can you please respond.

                                Hoi Bunq, ik ben het niet eens met de gang van zaken. De communicatie schiet zwaar tekort. Ik wil graag mijn account opzeggen bij deze.

                                  Bunq vuole pochi utenti ma che pagano molto! Bunq non ha bisogno di avere molti utenti che pagano poco! Questa è la verità!

                                    It was the plan al along to remove the joint account. Probably as you don’t find it profitable enough.

                                    That’s also the reason why in the Poll it was “a membership like Joint for example”. The poll was just a way to put a nice bow on it and shove it down our throat.

                                    I’ll await coming month to see if there will be a rollback. Otherwise I am afraid I have to leave Bunq.

                                      @bunq#154372 Hey there again!

                                      Thanks for taking the time to reply, I'm sure you must be pretty busy at the moment, so it's really appreciated.

                                      But I don't feel you really answered the questions.
                                      Going green is great (as a choice) and to simplify the membership structure all sounds like a good choice, but surely this could be done without alienating an existing part of your user base?
