Wauw wat een actie. Net nadat ik bunq joint heb afgesloten besluiten jullie zonder enige informatie of overleg deze abonnementsvorm op te zeggen. Jullie komen hiermee uiterst onberekenbaar en onbetrouwbaar over. Het Bunq premium hebben jullie toendertijd ook iedereen letterlijk door de strot geduwd. Ik zat net in het proces alles over te zetten naar bunq maar ga per direct weg. Jammer Bunq maar voor jullie genoeg betrouwbare alternatieven. Zo ga je niet met klanten om. 🖕

Correct me if I'm wrong, but with the 'old' joint you paid €9.99 for 2 people. I understand that the pack is for 4, but then you would need 2 additional people to match that price, am I missing something?

@smyles#154524 Also is not true! Why are they saying they will give current Joint subscribtions the possibility of not paying any extra. We do as we start paying 4.99 for the next 3 months. So if you've had 3 people on Joint it will be 15€.

1. why wasn't this the message upfront?
2. Why the skewed poll question?
3. Also why did you not actively involve everyone who would be affected in the poll?
4. Why the immediate change into the new system without prior notice?

Please work on your communication and transparancy. I'll wait the two months now what the new joint account means for us..
Because I don't feel I can trust my bank of choice anymore to be open and fair to me.

I don’t think you have the message wrong. I think the problem is that the message is a total mess.

@bunq#154527 Okay. Thanks for clarification, the new joint package sounds great, but one remaining question: what will it costs us? Because if that also increases our monthly costs, it's still a loss.

The Pack subscription cost you the same amount if you were 2 in the joint subscription and that you join 2 other users on the Pack subscription. It then costs 5 euros/head , we hope it helps!

I bet more than half of the Joint accounts were not with strangers. Now you are inviting people to join with strangers? You are making things sooo complicated for people!

You say that Joint was a mess, well was a mess also for this way of communication, wouldn't you think?

I actually was very pleased with Joint, understood very well what was about and how it worked. It wasn't a mess. It was awesome, but you were supposed to block users join with strangers as the goods are shared and not dedicated to every account. That's all!

You are screwing your most loyal customers, alienating them to the point where they are ready to leave.

Then you tell us that a new plan is in progress, and it will be fine. Great... But it looks like you don't really have a decent plan moving forward, because this radical change made you rethink your current strategy after they were released to a large amount of push back.

This is poor form, a recipe for disaster and completely unacceptable to me when I entrust my entire household's income to your bank every month.

Staat er ergens dat Bunq na 3 maanden 7,99 per gebruiker gaat rekenen bij het nieuwe Joint abonnement an drie maanden? Als daar duidelijkheid over komt zou het een hoop onrust wegnemen lijkt me. Volgens mij is het duidelijk dat het nieuwe joint abonnement ook niet meer dan 10 Euro per 2 gebruikers zou moeten zijn.
