meanwhile, I received a response from Finn, but I am not yet sure if that is a good thing.
Bit worrying, to be honest. I am a long-standing bunq user (and fan), and I don't want to start blaring the swan song (the dead live longer etc.) and usually, I don't have any real problems with bunq and the benefits outweigh the small discrepancies that arise from time to time.
But now we are on a brink of another price hike, I read more about bad support experiences here in together (Together is a topic of it's own), Finn, not being able to adjust VAT percentages anymore (for Auto VAT) …
And now this, where I have a business account and I get a reply like this, when I need help, like once in a year or so. And being it inaccurate or buggy or whatnot doesn't matter.
It just shines a bad light upon the whole experience.
