    meanwhile, I received a response from Finn, but I am not yet sure if that is a good thing.

    Bit worrying, to be honest. I am a long-standing bunq user (and fan), and I don't want to start blaring the swan song (the dead live longer etc.) and usually, I don't have any real problems with bunq and the benefits outweigh the small discrepancies that arise from time to time.
    But now we are on a brink of another price hike, I read more about bad support experiences here in together (Together is a topic of it's own), Finn, not being able to adjust VAT percentages anymore (for Auto VAT) …
    And now this, where I have a business account and I get a reply like this, when I need help, like once in a year or so. And being it inaccurate or buggy or whatnot doesn't matter.
    It just shines a bad light upon the whole experience.

    • I just mailed support because something seems off with my business account.

      I got an automated reply that says:

      "[…] We received your message and one of our guides will reach out to you within 11 days.
      You can provide additional information by replying to this email, or by clicking here."

      Is this an error? Or a joke?
      Additionally, the offered link leads to a 404.

        • @thijsoost#270846 Mh. But Total Balance is a widget now, right? I had to explicitly add it back to my home screen and inside of it there is no gear-icon like in other accounts.

          Edit: I am on iOS, btw.

          • I like the new version, V4. However, I am unable to find an overview for all scheduled payments. In the old version, this could be found in the "Total" tile, or however you might want to call it. Now it seems that it's only in individual accounts, but I have a few, and I'd like to have a complete overview.

            Either I am not seeing it. Otherwise, I'd like to add this as a feature request.

            • I'm having the same problem... 🙄Two accounts have a co-owner but I can't close them because there is supposedly still an active connect. Great. I don't even have the energy to write to support because I know I won't get help.

              • Hi,
                I can't log into my account at the moment. Upon logging in I get prompted with a "verify email" routine. The mails arrive kind of delayed (about 10 to 15 min) and when I click the link I am being taken back to the bunq app but it then says that the link wasn' valid (anymore?).

                Anybody having this issue or an idea what to do? I also wrote support around noon and I would really like to do my finances.

                • @RonP#177584 Notizen zu Transaktionen? Wenn du das meinst, dann kann ich dich beruhigen. Die gibts noch ist nur etwas schwerer zu erreichen. Wie sehr viel in V3, und zwar über das große Plussymbol. Innerhalb einer Transaktion klicken > voila „Notiz hinzufügen“.

                    you could maybe add the option "I don't know yet - I am scared to upgrade because of all the negative feedback" which would be appropriate in my case and I guess to be true for a lot of other users.
                    I usually call myself an early adaptor but this thread here... phew, it really makes me question my auto-update routine! 😮

                    • Ja, das Kreuz der Progression, welches man da zu tragen hat. bunq ist nun mal in vielen Teilen so fortschrittlich, da gucken viele Menschen als würde man vom Mars kommen, wenn man denen davon erzählt.

                      Wenn man gar keinen Bock darauf, hat den 🌈-Shine der Avantgarde zu tragen und im Zweifel auch zu "verteidigen" (peacefully, of course), wird mit bunq natürlich relativ schnell an seine Grenzen stoßen, ob nun nach x Stunden im Flugzeug hocken oder nicht.

                      I'm proud to be different and I believe so is bunq. 🤸‍♀️❤️

                      • Me and my fiancé share some accounts in bunq and some of them were created a while ago. Now, for the exact and documentation-driven person I am (for the sake of an overview and b/c bunq isn't giving us a statusbar kind of graph in "my account" for how many accounts I have already in use out of my 25) I want to list all accounts in a Notion database.

                        The challenge right now is that I can't seem so find out (in the app) who created the shared account and thus is the original "owner" and the person whose account-count runs against (being subtracted).

                        Does anybody know how to find this out or am I being wrong here all together? From my understanding a shared account runs against the total of accounts we can have of the creator, right?

                          • @WJanson#136920 Thank you! Glad that you (and others) like the idea. And yes, it's subtle, fits into the existing logic and UI and shouldn't be too complicated to implement.

                            • I have to revoke Caixa. At least for the Canary Islands/Fuerteventura.

                              Just went there about an hour and a half ago and they charged € 2,- whereas in the past I never got charged. I guess traditional banks are really on the outlook to where they can squeeze some money out from.

                                when I schedule a payment for 4am like in Screen No. 1 and then return to Screen No. 2 by clicking "back" (before the last step "Confirm") the time is off by one hour (-1h). I am living on Fuerteventura and I am on WET not on CET, so I am guessing there is something wrong with the dialog in respect of the timezone logic. The execution itself (Screen 3 and 4) is also "wrong" then in regard to Screen No. 1 (but correct in regard to Screen No. 2).

                                Not a big thing but would still be nice to have this right. 🤗🌈

                                • I think it would be helpful, especially in shared accounts (but not solely) if there was a little indicator in the events feed when a comment or file-upload has been made to an event.

                                  Maybe something along those lines... it just an idea of course but I simply added a speech-bubble and/or a paperclip to events to indicate more context in regard to the event:
