• bunq Support says it will take 11 days to respond … 😳

I just mailed support because something seems off with my business account.

I got an automated reply that says:

"[…] We received your message and one of our guides will reach out to you within 11 days.
You can provide additional information by replying to this email, or by clicking here."

Is this an error? Or a joke?
Additionally, the offered link leads to a 404.

    @Marc-Cyan-Dolphin#291940 The estimated response time is probably inaccurate. Most support tickets are answered within 3-5 business days, but it's possible the waiting time has increased. If you need urgent support, you can use SOS support once a month.

      meanwhile, I received a response from Finn, but I am not yet sure if that is a good thing.

      Bit worrying, to be honest. I am a long-standing bunq user (and fan), and I don't want to start blaring the swan song (the dead live longer etc.) and usually, I don't have any real problems with bunq and the benefits outweigh the small discrepancies that arise from time to time.
      But now we are on a brink of another price hike, I read more about bad support experiences here in together (Together is a topic of it's own), Finn, not being able to adjust VAT percentages anymore (for Auto VAT) …
      And now this, where I have a business account and I get a reply like this, when I need help, like once in a year or so. And being it inaccurate or buggy or whatnot doesn't matter.
      It just shines a bad light upon the whole experience.

        HI there, I've just had the same reply when I emailed Support. I have an urgent query and it really can't wait that long.

        I only emailed Support when I could not find the answer to my question in the FAQ and I also couldn't use the online text message because it repeatedly interrupted my typing with an Error "Whoa, you’re going too fast! Please wait at least 30 seconds before you retry."
