  • I’m very disappointed too, and sadly it’s not the first time. First with the removal of joint, which me and my GF loved. Then the decrease in the green card. Which now only gives 1 tree per €100 euros for the same price. That used to be 2 at the beginning. Now it’s just wasted money that you can use to buy trees yourself directly from a god cause.

    And lastly now this price increase while there are no actual new features. While still the insights is buggy and unhelpful and the whole app is more a maze then a app for the free.

    I joined bunq in the beginning. But sadly it seems that the conservative banks in the Netherlands are in fact further with features then bunq is, for lower prices.

    • Is there any indication the tree area issue is going to be solved? I’ve over 150 trees and it’s just a tiny square which is waaaayyy to full.... the visuals are rather dissapointing

      For the rest: awesome V3 design, I like the sleekness, only thing is that the card tab is a bit too clean without the nice metal card picture... which makes it feel more premium

          A pack is the first thing I was thinking of, but since I’m forced to be supergreen due to the new ideas of bunq I’m a bit stuck

            My gf wants to try out a joined bank account with me. Though, she does not want to pay premium and I’ve supergreen.

            What’s the best way to get her to try it out in your opinion?

            • I’ve got the same feeling. I’ve gotten into the green card boat because of the 2 trees per 100€.

              I want a solution. This new change is NOT OK!

              I’m taking this serious and bunq should consider that in their general agreement they say that all changes start 60 days after notifying. Bunq is not following part 44 in their own agreement! Again bunq, this is not ok!

                    • @RobertK81#150969 Same here, but even when I’m excited to get it. I think that this is by far the highest priority in these times. I can understand that DHL and the card supplier have delays due to the virus.

                      • @Arjan21#150549 Ik liep tegen hetzelfde aan, maar als je de “wait” functie gebruikt dan stopt de shortcut na 60 seconde.

                        Ik heb het werkend gekregen door de “repeat” functie te gebruiken. Ik heb hem nu 30x 30 seconden laten repeated en het werkt zowaar 👍🏼
                        Zodra je 15x 60 seconde probeert stopt hij ook na 1 minuten... vraag mij niet waarom 🤷🏻‍♂️

                        • @LH-Black-Wolf#150375 Technisch gezien zou je geld kunnen doorsluizen. Bijvoorbeeld Als persoon A elke maand €2000 op de gedeelde rekening zet. En persoon B elke maand gebruikt voor zijn/haar aankopen. Technisch gezien is dit dan schenken....

                          Dan zou er dus schenkbelasting moeten worden betaald, en dat staat los van vermogensbelasting.

                            Currently I've a seperate account withouth any saldo. Every day I've set my Siri Shortcuts to automatically switch all my cards to that account.

                            Only when I make payments I use a shortcut to switch a card for 15 min to the account I want to. This way I'm always sure noone can do anything with my cards. It might be bit too much for some, but I like the soothing idea :)

                            • @FlyingHans#150298 Don’t want to be negative, but that’s quite common for bunq support to handle it this way. They say they are busy and thank you for giving feedback etc, but don’t come with solutions or promises.

                              This is definitely something bunq has to work on. Support is being friendly, but not actually gives the feeling it’s doing anything.

                              • I agree on this. It's annoying. I get that bunq wants to increase its user base, and paying non-bunqers will see this. But I would prefer control over MY bunq.me. It's not called bunq.bunq ;)

                                And yes, the e-mails of the green card are becoming too often. Especially since I already have one and am premium... cmon...

                                • Wat voor pasjeshouder heb je? Er zijn flink wat merken en modellen.
                                  Ik heb een Secrid met een revolut metal en een mastercard metal, en beide zitten altijd goed. Helaas moet ik nog even wachten op mijn greencard...

                                    I had it with my travel card too. Damages and as well air bubbles on the lamination...
                                    I just settled with it, since I don’t use the physical cards, unless in an emergency.

                                    • @Pascal-Grey-Dolphin#150123 Well, it’s discutabel, but isn’t bunq supposed to be a payment service provider with a bank license? That was the whole idea behind bunq for Ali right?

                                      So It wouldn’t be that weird if such surfaces would be available.

                                      For example, what does the whole shortcuts in iOS with the IFTTT functions to do with banking??? Other banks don’t do it ;)
                                      It’s because bunq is the bank of the future, not the bank of the past 😁
