Agree. I'd definitely like to have an optional TOTP for certain actions, such as changing limits or transferring certain amounts of money to accounts outside my bunq environment.

On top of that. I wish bung would have a decent customer service with actual humans to speak to. Can't imagine the frustration when someone sweeps your bank accounts and you can't find a single person at bunq to speak to.

Noticed it today on a business account. But after some testing it seems the ad gets removed once you select a background image.

Please remove this “feature”. It’s ridiculously annoying and even worse than cookie notifications on websites

I tried to check a payment today, but first had to tap away a badge and two seconds later another badge.

Complained about it on Twitter and was send to Together. But when I opened the app again to find this thread, another badge popped on my screen. 🤯

This is the the first complain I’ve had in the past two years of using bunq.

Phenomenal service, please, let’s keep it that way.
