I have said this before in another topic, but as this is the official topic about this subject now, I’ll repeat what I said elsewhere:
I think the simplification of the green card subscription to premium supergreen is great. However, bunq has so much to improve regarding communication. You simply cannot push the update, THEN communicate and leave a lot of customers in the dark.
Sorry bunq, I like the change for me personally, but this really does show that bunq has to become more professional.
