Communication is bad with bunq I fear.
Support only answers half the questions asked and takes longer to answer than ever.
Prices increase every now and then without pre-notice.
People get forced into other memberships (now subscriptions). This includes (!!!) price increases!
Planted trees in the account overview? What the ****? I am sorry, but that does not look good in any way. Bad UI -> Bad UX.
This is my opinion. I will stay with bunq, even though I got pushed into Premium SuperGreen with one year 9.00€/month discount (so I am getting a total 108€ discount because I paid 99€, so saving 9€) and even though I do not like the changes. The only card I was using was my Green Card. So now I am spending half the amount of trees per 100€. Not that that affects me personally, but still not an upgrade.
