      I am happy to tell you the reported bugs have been fixed! Simply update to the latest version of the app and you're good to go ๐Ÿ™Œ

      If you still experience some issues, do let us know and we'll look into this further. Bear in mind that it's always best to report a bug alongside a screenshot or a screen recording, so please add these when applicable. And if something contains sensitive information such as names, amounts, etc you can always report this within the app following these steps.

            @Nikoleta#218547 Nou ik heb nog wel een bug die nog steeds niet opgelost is. Salary sorteer naar externe IBAN werkr niet. Deze heb ik al aangekaart en er zou aan een oplossing gewerkt worden, we zijn inmiddels een goede 6 maanden verder!

              As reported on numerous occasions over the last two years, Android users cannot reorganise Cards whereas iOS users can. This used not to be the case and was actually a feature which was removed for Android users.

We're just bunq users like you are. For account-related problems, please contact Private Support instead. You can get to it in the app by following these steps:

                  1. Go to Profile
                  2. Tap on Settings in the right corner on top
                  3. Scroll to the bottom, tap on Need help? Get Support, then choose Personal Support

                    Hi, the options to re-send the payment request link to the person you send it to have been missing since version 22.0, while still present in iOS. I have contacted support multiple times about it, they say it got accidentally removed and is a bug, as such I believe it should be on this page? And with high priority, as payment requests now "vanish in the vault" somewhere after sending them because it's impossible to retrieve the link now for Android.
