bunq First of all — you should have began with this. The email I got from you was effectively saying “oh hi, you pay €10 for 2 persons now, soon you’ll pay €16! yay!”
Second — partly because of the broken messaging maybe — this seems to be a desperate thing to do. And I don’t know if I can trust you with my money anymore, because if you’re making such moves, for me that means you as a company have bad times.
Third — with the messaging we’ve got in an email this morning — it’s just being disloyal to your paying customers. What other (d*ck) moves can we expect in the future? If I switch to a Pack account, how do I know you won’t cancel it next month in the same way?
