Hey bunq,
I am really disappointed. A few days ago I was telling my partner how satisfied I was with bunq as a bank and how great the Joint option is.
To increase the price to 60% during a time of crises, where people are worried about the current circumstances and their income already, is just not okay. And even if there was no crises, I can only agree with other customers, that the communication of this change is simply ridiculous. This should have been communicated way earlier and in a more appropriate manner.
On top of that, I would expect many new features and options to justify this price increase in the eye of the customer. Like many others, I am in serious doubt to continue the subscription, not only because of the price, but mostly because it is sad to see that bunq’s actions do not match what they are communicating to stand for.
This also leads me to think, that in a year, you will change the subscription model again, discontinue the ‘only’ premium function, and force every customer to go for SuperGreen, of course with another not well communicated price increase.
All I can say is please reconsider - if you are saying you are listening to what your customers are saying, then please don’t just talk the talk, but walk the walk.
