This is absolutely terrible for 2 reasons:
As many have already mentioned, we have paid €10/month for two because we have a Joint account. Now we will have to pay €16/month. This is a considerable change and you're not giving us any options.
This change doesn't really happen gradually. It comes completely unexpected. This means I don't know what to expect from Bunq in the future. Should I trust my money to such an unreliable service?
Overall, I understand that the time is difficult for all of us, Bunq included, but doing this now, amidst Coronacrisis when people are already losing money, and not giving any options or prior notice to the changes is a very, very bad decision.
