Btisem Je kunt je aanmelden bij een andere bank en dan gebruik maken van de gratis overstapservice. Je hebt nog 2.5 maand voor de prijsverhoging ingaat, dus je kan tot die tijd via de Bunq app je account opzeggen.

bunq Yeah and then I will pay more than before. I can't consent with your newest pricing model. This will steer you into trouble because you are basically saying that you are not interested in users who uses the Joint advantages.

Hoe kom ik terug op mijn vorige abonnement? Ik hoef niet Green en anders sluit ik die zelf af. Dus niet abonnement veranderen als ik daar niet om vraag. Not done.

bunq You miss an important point: you increase costs.
Also: I highly doubt that customers were confused. Joint was really straight forward. Now with green and super green and maybe later super duper green we don't get it.
It's pathetic you are just keep saying generic stuff leaving out the very bad miscommunication.
I will cancel my subscription. I will give you 3 months to revert it back or find a proper solution.

And please don't publish a post after 3 months that the overall adoption was very successful. We don't get fooled by that 3 month discount.

What happens if I subscribe to Premium Super Green to get the Metal Card and cancel right after?

As a SuperGreen member, you can order a Metal Card as part of your subscription. You get the card (valued at €129) for free, provided you stay a SuperGreen member for 1 year after you order it.

If you want to leave SuperGreen in that time, we'll simply charge you the difference between the card price (€129) and the subscription fees you've paid in the meantime. 👍

Thank you for clarifying that. So the Green Card / Metal Card basically got a price increase from 99€ to 129€. Sad.

Given that you stay in the membership for 1 year it actually changed from €99 (one-time) to €108 (12 * 9).
