Transfers in GBP are not processed during weekends, but you should receive them on Monday morning. During business days they usually arrive almost immediately, although they can sometimes take up to two hours π

Pre-authorisation payments are made to protect the merchants and depend on them. There are various ways for them to release the pre-authorisation payments, so it better to reach out to them.
For these types of payments you can also request a refund from the app. Just tap on More -> Tap on Need help with this payment? and go to I have a problem with this payment -> Select I need a refund -> Confirm and select Request a refund -> Select Ok and your request has been submitted. β You can find more information, as well as the full steps here π
