  • 'On Moderation' Tag when placing a new post

Hello Everyone!

I am a new bunq'er and i placed an earlier post about 'Retourpinnen'. But when i placed my first post i just thought it was gone. I wasn't able to see it anywhere not even under my posts.

After a quick chat with a support agent i knew that my post wasn't gone and that it was on modertation.

But is it not handy to show this under the 'my posts' section with a tag 'on moderation'. So you know that your post is posted succesfully.

Greetings,

Jeffrey Rijsdijk

Same issue here. It’s a terrible user experience if you spend a lot of time writing a post and it just disappears after you press Send. On the flip side, it’s always a relief when it comes back. :-)

        Yep I noticed the same.

It’s even more annoying when your post is not accepted (because it’s a double post or the moderator thought it was supposed to go as a comment on an existing thread)

In those cases the moderator will comment on your new post before closing it.

But, since there is no way to see unmoderated or closed topics you created, there is no way to find out what happened to your post.

Update on this: You guys are of course absolutely right!

          So some points from us:

Sounds like a great solution. Thanks for explaining!

              Any time, Patrick! πŸ‘

Hey Koen you're absolutely right about the on moderation. And that's better now to get a message in the support chat. But is it not handy to see like the web app that there is a tag: on moderation? Because when you are using a mobile phone it looks like it is gone after placing it

                  You're right, Jeffrey.

This is because the web version isn't made by us, the in-app version is made by bunq on the other company's API.

For now, you'll notice some differences like that with both versions. We'll smoothen it all out πŸ˜„
