John Do Looks good! And so people who already knows how to open the support chat don't get this all the time, bunq could hide this for people with at least one support contact :)
Johannes 🇦🇺 If they created the private chat using your new mockup button then they still don't know the other way. So you still have to show it there all the time (which I don't mind!).
Jeroen 🏳️🌈 Well the button doesn't need to instantly open the chat for you. It could let your top right icon blink -> open the settings for you and "show" you where private matters is :)
Johannes 🇦🇺 That's true. But I think I'd rather have the together button renamed to soemthing like "support" and then a choice between Public or private. That is way easier than the "official" way.

Maar als je geen vraag wil stellen dan klik je daar niet op. Bijvoorbeeld als je een probleem wil melden als "mijn kaart doet het niet!" dan is het helemaal niet logisch dat je op "stel een vraag" moet klikken om dat te melden.
