• Closing account caused negative balance.

I transferred money out then clicked close.
Now it popped up with -9.99€

    Unable to get support in app now

      I sent money to the account it shows as received but balance still negative

        The €9,99 sounds like the Easy Bank Pro plan fee.

        Try refreshing by pulling down on the Home page to update your balance.

        You can contact bunq support through the bunq app (Profile > Support Center).

          It's still showing my account as account as closed.
          With the negative balance

            There is no profile button as the account is closed

              @Marek-Blue-Badger#294728 You cannot close an account with a negative balance as far as I know, that shouldn't be possible. You can also contact bunq support via email: support@bunq.com.
