I recently signed up to start using an investment account, which was super quick and easy.
After waiting a few days with the account greyed out saying 'Pending', I checked it and found out that it was waiting for me to upload a proof of identity.
It would be great if, in this situation, the account could say something like 'Action needed' so that I would know that I need to do something in order to progress.
