Dear bunq and users,
Our family joined bunq with a lot of enthusiasm.
With a fair amount of cards now from various accounts in our apple and Google wallets we struggle with the visual distinction of these cards… so often it happens that we both select the wrong card to do instore payments.
besides changing a color of the outline of a digital card it would be ideal to customize a bit more. Also the color scheme of bunq doesn’t make it easy to identify cards quickly instore.. it is on my opinion a split second where you decide and look into your wallet. All there is either a text showing debit or credit and the color outline that can only be customized. The bunq color scheme shouldn’t be leading anymore. As a customer I want to be able to change a debit or credit card visually just as I would be able to print a picture on a physical card with some banks.. Also the appearance of debit and credit is so similar, ideally a credit card has a distinct more classy visual appearance maybe. At least let us customize more than just an outline color… typo? Size? Different standard templates bunq can present as a suggestion for visual wallet appearance?
This is a frustration and inconvenience when paying, it shouldn’t be like that with a forward thinking digital bank.
