• Is the entire support department sleeping?

I've submitted a support ticket and I've been waiting for over 7 days for a simple response and to fix a double payment via Mollie that happened only at Bunq customers (Picnic double payment). I can imagine not an immediate response, but I'd imagine a reply in 4 hours from a Bunq, let alone within 1 business day. This is a total let down.

    @Sjeefr#285325 Unfortunately, support has been so busy the last few months that they respond after 1-1,5 week. They used to respond within a few hours/days, but that hasn't been the case for quite some time now. Looks like the size of the support team didn't grow with the amount of new customers.

      I occasionally wait about 2 weeks to get a copy/paste template response.

      For non confidential things I post here and get better support
