So I was on Easy Savings and switched to Easy Bank because I was under impression there'd be more withdrawals than 2 per month. Turns out not, because the wording on the switching plan page is scummy: there it says that Easy Bank has 9 withdrawals, however, those are specifically ATM withdrawals, and you can only learn that on a completely separate internet page.
So I immediately went to switch back to Easy Savings, but it doesn't let me. Are they gonna charge me 3 euro on Nov 20? The support is pretty slow and even then they might not answer your question directly, so I'm asking here.
You'll move to Easy Savings when your Easy Bank Plan ends on November 20, 2023
@New-Peach-Pelican-725097412#285170 Hey there ๐ Thanks for reaching out here. Do note that the withdrawal limit on a savings sub-account is always 2 per months, independent of the plan. The 9 withdrawals on Easy Bank you see does refer to ATM withdrawals on regular payment accounts.
If you need to urgently access your funds on your savings account, you can convert the savings account to a regular sub-account following the steps mentioned here ๐ I see that our agents have assisted you via the in-app support, and they will be able to manually change your plan back to Easy Savings as well, since you've immediately changed back to this plan. Do note that if you stay on this Easy Bank plan, you will be invoiced for the 1 month you've used it.
Make sure to clarify how you wish to continue using your account via the in-app support, this way our guides can assist you further ๐

Technically you can convert savings account to bank account, send the money out and then convert it back to savings account

@Marek-Blue-Badger#285180 As far as I know, (today) one cannot convert a bank subaccount back to a savings sub account. Please correct me if this has changed.

@Joeri-Silver-Lynx#285259 Correct! Only savings ยป bank is possible, not bank ยป savings. Just create a new savings account and transfer the money.
