After some years without any complaints, this month bunq disappointed me multiple times. I hope you'll fix the user experience in these things, because it's not quite user friendly
- I accidentally (without any notice) opened a 26th account, which costs me 19 euro's(!?), it would be great to get a warning about this, because I'm not counting my accounts very often.
- Mu cards were running out of valid date. After trying to renew them I had to pay 9 euro's each, but after blocking my old cards, I could renew the cards for free (but those I didn't need anymore, because I just ordered new ones already). I know, my mistake, but maybe user could be directed a little bit better
- One of my renewed cards got the same 'valid thru' date as another card which is quite old, I think around 1 year. ( In that way, I have to renew more often and pay 9 euro's each again)
Please fix some these issues, it will improve the the user friendlyness a lot!
