  • Additional 25 IBANs option to cancel

Hi,
I am newbie in Bunq and my trial month is over soon. I see in upcoming invoice that I need to pay 19 euro per month for the Additional 25 IBANs option. My current plan is Easy Bank. I want to cancel this option but I can't find in the app where it can be cancelled.
Could you help me please?

    @New-Yellow-Bear-4247331610#261867 Hi! The Easy Bank subscription has access to only 1 sub-account. If you're seeing additional costs, this means that you have/had more than 1 sub-account. You have to close all your additional sub-accounts, so that only one remains.

      I opened one sub-account I think a week ago and closed it in few minutes and it's in the Archived sub-accounts now. So, though it's archived it should be paid? Do you know how to fully close it?

        @New-Yellow-Bear-4247331610#261869 If you're already archived it, it's okay. There's no way to delete an archived sub-account.

        I think you'll be billed once because you created this sub-account. You could contact bunq support (http://together.bunq.com/d/32181) to ask for a refund, since you only opened the account for a few minutes.

          I've just found in documentation that option to add 25 accounts is not applicable to the Easy Bank plan. You need to have Easy Money plan to have this option.
          It looks like a bug.

            • Easy Bank includes 1 sub-account in the monthly cost of €2,99, and it's possible to get 25 additional sub-accounts for €19/month.
            • Easy Money includes 25 sub-accounts in the monthly cost of €8,99, and its possible to get 25 additional sub-accounts for €19/month.

              But it's written N/A for Easy Bank. So, something is incorrect.

                  @thijsoost#261949 My issue actually is solved. Support service helped me in personal messages.
                  I think the main problem was that when you have a trial you have more options for your plan when it can be.
                  When I created an account in Bunq I found 3 already existing sub-accounts (though I chose the Easy Bank from the beginning) and it was misleading me. Because I thought it's a norm for this plan - to have 3 accounts ;)
                  I think it should not be like that.
                  Luckily I've checked the upcoming invoice today! 🤞

                    I just closed all sub-accounts and now I have only one because it's allowed to have only 1 sub-account with the Easy Bank plan. And then the Additional 25 IBANs subscription was removed from my future invoice. (I am not sure if it was done automatically or it was removed by the support service).
                    Initially I chose the Easy Bank for trial month but I found 3 opened sub-accounts from the beginning and didn't get that only 1 is included in the price.

                      @New-Yellow-Bear-4247331610#262734 I understand what you are saying. It is weird those 3 were your starting point. The 2 other sub-accounts you closed, were those regular sub-accounts or was one of them of the type ‘savings’?

                      If you want to know more details then you can read up on the link I provided. It seems that more than 1 sub-account of certain types might be allowed, but others have stumbled on the same charge as you have so it remains to be seen what is included and what is not.

                        Yeah, that would be nice to have 2 accounts but I am not ready to pay significantly more for that. 1 account with pre-paid Mastercard is enough for me.

                            The Easy Travel plan was discontinued, but if you still have Easy Travel you can continue using your current card until it expires. You are not able to order a new card to replace it. The Easy Travel was limited to a single card and didn't include an actual bank account with banking features.
