Its nice you promote support if it is mentioned publically. Fine you will help Aleksei but do you, does BUNQ understand the message behing this? Did you know that solving an issue is 10 times more expensive than providing a perfect product? Cleaning-up resetting and restoring (mistakes) will cost you lots of money, why can this not invested better in a phone line service, and as we all did in home office Video conferences with your clients?
please note it is very bad that BUNQ had only bots and when people get frustrated and raise it in the public domain get support. How many BUNQers have issues on communication, dare to make an poll on this
