After your address change in the profile, what happens if you try to order a new card? Does it still show the old address?
Maybe we can help you here, but if you want to speak to bunq Support, you can get to it in the app by following these steps:
- Go to Profile
- Tap on Settings in the right corner on top
- Scroll to the bottom, tap on Need help? Get Support, then choose Personal Support
