        European banks are obligated to make a unique certificate for every customer, not a bank statement, but a document certified by the bank.
        What's strange about bunq is that when a customer asks for a certificate, they are told to just print out a bank statement while, know that its not what the customer i asking for. I've had this issue in the past, but if you are persistent eventually you'll receive it, they just like to act like they don't know what you are talking about.

          To be honest, i dont why it complicated to receive this document, maybe not everyone at customer service know how to deal with this question.

              What is the problem of making one card in the app that contains only this data and enabling it to be printed to pdf? After all, it's 5 minutes of programming...There are a lot of unnecessary things in the app, and what customers ask for, there is no...

                    This I have done - strange its not a standard requested download document type. Especially for a virtual bank as getting something certified is not a reality. I will await the response, in roughly 7 days.

                      @thijsoost#278261 Hi, I am a French user and we need this document regularly, it's called a RIB, (relevé d'identité bancaire), and a long time ago I and others hassled Bunq to add this to the possible downloads, which they eventually did. If you're a French user, this should be a download for you.

                            Een RIB heb je in Frankrijk nodig voor als je bijvoorbeeld iets op afbetaling koopt. Of als je een abonnement neemt. Dat zijn zomaar een paar voorbeelden. Dit is vaak een pdf of een print waarop jouw naw en die van jouw bank op staat en natuurlijk jouw iban en Bic. Als je een RIB pdf nodig hebt bij Bunq zorg ervoor dat je de taal van jouw telefoon en app in het Frans zet.
                            Alleen dan kun je dit terugvinden in het menu bij de instellingen van de betreffende rekening.
                            Hopelijk was dit een beetje duidelijk.
