Hallo bunq, es sind schon mehr als 2 Wochen vorhanden! Wann bekommen wir unsere Bäume wieder zurück?

    This fix is now live, and we've already gone ahead and planted any trees you missed out on in the meantime.

    From now on, you will plant 2 trees per €100 with your metal card, until March 2021!

      @Tom#159402 Also bei mir werden weiterhin nur 1 Baum / 100€ gepflanzt. Habe ich was falsch verstanden?

        @Heiko-Hartwig#163730 Bei mir scheint es zu funktionieren, zumindest wurden mir bei einer Bargeld-Abhebung vor ein paar Tagen 2 Bäume angezeigt.

        Muss aber gestehen meine Bäume vor und nachher nicht gezählt zu haben, ob dann auch wirklich 2 hinzugezählt wurden. Wie äußert es sich denn bei dir?

        Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, hat bunq das ja jetzt etwas komisch re-implementiert. Je nachdem, mit welchem Typ Karte (also Green Card oder nicht) man die 100€-Grenze überschreitet, bekommt man 1 oder 2 Bäume. Also 99€ mit der Green Card und danach 1€ mit Maestro wäre nur 1 Baum, wobei 99€ mit Maestro und dann 1€ mit der Green Card ergäbe 2 Bäume.

          Ich nutze nur die Green Card. Gefühlt dauert es ewig. Und dazu dann der Text:

            @Heiko-Hartwig#163742 Wobei ich eben einen Umsatz von 40€ getätigt habe, dort jetzt 10% stehen (von 70 auf 100 = 30€, Übertrag 10%, also OK) und dann kamen 2 Bäume dazu. Passt also doch oder?

              @Lui#156206 If you are going to get Supergreen, you might as well get the Green Card. The cost for the card is included in the 16.99 euro a month.

                @Dyouth27#163751 Correct. But you can’t cancel the SuperGreen subscription without paying a penalty if you get the metal card.

                And why would I need a metal card? After thinking about the metal card. It’s kind of useless.

                  @Lui#163752 Actually, you can cancel or downgrade the Supergreen after 12 months. If you downgrade back to premium, the metal card is yours at no extra cost. I was saying the same thing as you at first, but now I use only the maestro card and the metal card. And since Coronavirus, Dekamarkt where I frequently shop takes it. I love the card itself and It is included already so why not use it. The way I see it, I might as well take the metal card since I'm using Supergreen. I'm already paying for it anyway.

                    I am a Student in my last year. Working besides school.
                    I don’t want to be bound to a card membership for a full year. I currently don’t know when I need my money.

                      @Lui#163754 Oh I see. I study online, I'm studying Financial Trading and Investment. I see what you mean. I don't think you use Supergreen. Stay with Premium. I only use Supergreen because I can fully use Metal Card. Planting trees is good, not knocking the idea down. However, I don't think it's my basic prerogative. Premium is way better. I doubt most people really need Supergreen subscription. I'm just saying....
