I'm not interested in having a Premium account with multiple cards being Italian and this is not my main account, probably in March 2021 I will close the account because I was better off with the previous Green card subscription as traveler

Remco Knab is wel goedkoper. 5 euro pp met gratis gezamenlijke rekening. Wij komen er net vandaag. Maar de bank is niet zo up to date. De app loopt vaak vast en werkt niet fijn. De rente is net zo laag als de ing. en je hebt geen Apple Pay. Daarom zijn wij net overgestapt naar bunq 😅

Laura Gezamenljke rekeningen staan hier helemaal los van. Daar verandert niks aan. Met een Premium abonnement kan je 25 rekeningen hebben. Dit kunnen ook gezamenlijke rekeningen zijn (en/of rekeningen).

As a joint user, you are actually moved to Premium, not SuperGreen 😊(unless you had a Green Card).

That means after the 3 months you will pay €7,99/month

bunq Een pack kost 20 euro per maand, terwijl joint 10 euro was. Is dus niet hetzelfde.

So this doesn’t change anything for me since I already have Bunq Premium...

But man, you guys at bunq are truly horrible at communicating these kinds of changes! You will see more customers leave when you continue working like this.

You mess with subscriptions way too often. And with every change you take things always that people took for granted (like Joint). And because of that, every change makes things more expensive, never cheaper.

I can totally understand if price increases are needed to make bunqs business sustainable. But please be transparent about it and don’t mask it as a gift/feature/enhancement.

Come one Bunq, get your act together!

Jammer, ik had beter van jullie verwacht. Niet betalen voor diensten die je niet gebruikt was het credo waarvoor ik naar Bunq ben gekomen. Onder het mom van een enquête onder gebruikers van een gratis variant naar 7,- euro per maand gaan is echt een slechte zaak. Ik heb die enquête nooit gezien, maar ik vraag me ten zeerste af of dit écht de wens is van jullie Bunqers. Voor 7,- euro per maand kan ik ook naar een andere graai-bank.

Ik heb een promo abonnement... zou gratis blijven “altijd” met de bekende beperkingen echter kan nu dus volle pond gaan betalen... voor iets wat ik als extraatje gebruik... dan gaat dit dus gewoon de deur uit.

Hi Jens!

If you downgrade from SuperGreen, your Metal Card will be deactivated. You can reactivate it at any time by re-upgrading to SuperGreen.

Of course as an existing Green Card member, you get Premium SuperGreen at no extra cost until March 2021, so I don't recommend downgrading before then! 😊

Tom Funny how bunq has made the full transition to bank for people who can't be bothered to take a day off their year to go to a natural park with family, kids, etc and plant some trees but still want to feel good about themselves. Ecotrash really

Hello, my partner and I never received a survey. Did you actually send it to everyone? Or only people with Green Cards. We just finished switching absolutely everything over to you after getting a joint account and now spontaneously overnight you have discontinued it and we have to pay almost double each month? I find it a bit unconscionable that you are using ‘green’ as an excuse. I contribute directly to organizations that plant trees each month. 1 euro=1 tree not the insane 100 euros=1 tree that you are offering. Also what kind of timing is this with everything that is going on right now to charge more when people are struggling? Are you in financial trouble and using ‘green’ as an excuse to get your clients to pay more? I thought bunq was different but now I think you may be actually the worst of the worst.

You at Bunq get the kind of arrogance that we are getting used from the Big Banks. But now it is done. I'm a customer of the first hour of Bunq and support their mission.

I understand new prices and phase out of legacy accounts are part of this. Cause of change of strategy and lean moving forward.

But this is misleading communication. Even this is just a upgrade of pricing it is not communicated as such.

This happend before from free to paid trow my business account and now to my joint account you want me to pay 80% more.

But my mailing and your messaging looks like we going green and 80% of customers want this. It does not mention anything about your price was 9.99 and become 18.- per month.

I find this misleading and since it is not the first time I'll aswell post this to the ACM (autoriteit consument en markt)

Jeroenvanderhorst Hi Jeroen, in that survey, we asked our users how they would feel about planting trees with every cards but mentioning that some subscription would need to disappear in order to do this. We are aiming for a greener future and we are thrilled that our users want that too. In order to allow this, we had to simplify our subscription scheme. If you are a joint user, you can still join a Pack subscription and pay the same as before
