bunq You miss an important point: you increase costs.
Also: I highly doubt that customers were confused. Joint was really straight forward. Now with green and super green and maybe later super duper green we don't get it.
It's pathetic you are just keep saying generic stuff leaving out the very bad miscommunication.
I will cancel my subscription. I will give you 3 months to revert it back or find a proper solution.

And please don't publish a post after 3 months that the overall adoption was very successful. We don't get fooled by that 3 month discount.

What happens if I subscribe to Premium Super Green to get the Metal Card and cancel right after?

As a SuperGreen member, you can order a Metal Card as part of your subscription. You get the card (valued at €129) for free, provided you stay a SuperGreen member for 1 year after you order it.

If you want to leave SuperGreen in that time, we'll simply charge you the difference between the card price (€129) and the subscription fees you've paid in the meantime. 👍

Thank you for clarifying that. So the Green Card / Metal Card basically got a price increase from 99€ to 129€. Sad.

Jakob Wird das dann wohl wie bei anderen Karten laufen? Gebühr nur dann wenn die Karte zum Zeitpunkt der Berechnung aktiv ist?

Nach unserem 1. Jahr wird die Karte monatlich kündbar sein?

Heiko Hartwig Gute Frage. So wie ich das sehe ist die "SuperGreen"-Mitgliedschaft ja nicht eine reine Kartengebühr, sondern ein Mitgliedschafts-Typ. Ich denke diesen kann man dann an- und ausschalten können nach Belieben. Was aber genau mit der Metal Card / Green Card passiert, wenn man sie zwar bereits ein Jahr hatte, aber nicht mehr SuperGreen-Mitglied ist, darüber bin ich mir nicht im Klaren.
