Bunq - I was very impressed with you guys but this is a terrible decision. As a joint account holder I'm seeing a 60% cost increase and for what? Planting trees is great and all but it's not why I use Bunq. There are plenty of tree planting platforms out there that plant a lot more trees for 100 euro spent.
You say you guys are simplifying everything but by the responses here, you've needlessly complicated a good platform. I would personally appreciate the honesty of being told it's a money generating move, because that's what it is. Profit's not a dirty word but the way you've handled this is, to be blunt, sh*t.
Thanks for three month grace period, it will give us enough time to find an alternative.
