Today I deactivated the premium and I switched to the "Travel card" doing this my Green Cards Founder disappeared from the cards, the assistance told me that if I want to see the Green Card I have to deactivate the travel or vice versa. I do not ask to be able to use the Green Card with the Travel subscription until it arrives (although it would be welcome given the wait for the card), only to have the status of it and review the plants planted. which I can no longer see... Thanks 🙏🏻

    @Christian-Piano#139384 Yes, you have to switch to Green Card Plan again, but technically you already cancelled that, so bunq may charge you €99 again. Or better yet go back to Premium and keep all the benefits.🌈🎄🙏🏻🎅🏻👌🏻

      @DaveFlash#139388 I don't think there is a problem with having canceled it because there is a payment and a receipt.

        @Christian-Piano#139389 Ok if you think so, but usually cancelling a plan (with any company really) and hoping to get back to it before product delivery completion (in this case postage and receiving of physical product) usually is not possibly.

          Would also be weird of bunq saw it as “cancelled”, because the green card was a seperate subscription. So it would be really weird if bunq tried to collect another 99€ if he wants it back.

            @Christian-Piano#139384 By switching to travel card you probably lost your founders green card too. I was in a similar situation some time ago when switching from premium to joint and back to premium again. It was a disaster. I fear you might be in the same situation now and your 99 € are lost. You should reach out to the support and get this fixed asap otherwise I don’t see you getting your money back.
