  • Inform users actively about changes in legal documents.

I agree this should be clear. Stating it under a 2 year old topic that gets bumped for a few hours isn’t really enough. There should be a clear place to following changes/news. Posting these updates somewhere like the ‘what’s new’ topic on together should be a good start.

    @R#138080 My bad, the ‘what’s new’ header is already gone. Anyway, a ‘news’ item somewhere should suffice.

      @R#138082 I agree. Everything that helps here without creating spam has my vote 🗳.

      But, let’s take my wife 🐱 for example. She loves bunq 🌈 features, but doesn’t care about Together (unfortunately). But, I do caught her in reading bunq mail. So I definitely think that something as important as legal documents should (also) be communicated through email.

      That brings me to another thing. I notice bunq frequently mentions in her T&C “see for more information Together”. I personally think that this it too easy. If you refer to Together as part of your terms and conditions, you should be more specific in stead of letting the user figure it out themselve. Unfortunately bunq also point to Together for subjects that don’t exists on Together. But I reported that already.

      Anyway, let’s make things better 👌

        @JohnDo#138069 Ik ben het met je eens hoor, maar dat bunq zich beter zou moeten gedragen en niet dergelijke constructies dat je dat als gebruiker zelf in de gaten moet houden is al vaker op Together gepost. Dus waarom er nu een nieuw topic over gemaakt moet worden is mij niet helemaal duidelijk.

          @JohnDo#138090 A monthly newsletter maybe ;)?

            Ich bin eben über den Post „Ankündigungsgebühr“ von vor drei Tagen gestolpert. Die dort angegebenen Änderungen in der Preisliste sollten auf jeden Fall per Mail an alle bunq-User geschickt werden, da es sich um Vertragsänderungen handelt. Also genau das Thema was in diesem Post angesprochen wurde.

              Stop this SPAM on together. Better to send us a newsletter via email.

                @uncoded-life#138377 you could give a High Five 👐🏼 to this topic, because this is about sending an old fashion email 📧😉....

                Also a monthly newsletter (or every 6 weeks) I would like! (But also Together).

                  I appreciate that Together is a user driven platform, but sometimes I miss bunq just giving a reply on these kind of topics ;(.

                    Just want to give my two cents: why does it have to be an email? bunq could just sent a push notifications that some changes were made and when opening the app the next time you will get a pop up which tells you exactly what changed. Every bunq user uses his bunqs app probably on a daily basis. Why go the extra route with an email.

                      @Heda#138400 Interesting thought 💭....

                      I personally think especially a popup message in the app would be intrusive. Often there is a specific reason why I open the app, for example to scan an QR code. The absolute last thing I want to see is a popup that interrupts me in that flow. So, that is one of the reasons I would prefer email.

                      Maybe a push that will guide me to a specific page in the app (or Together topic). But still sounds complex from a users perspective I think.

                      But I do agree.... email isn't the most innovative way to bring info ;)

                        @JohnDo#138069 I’m also wondering about the legal perspective, as my other banks in Germany and Austria always inform me upfront (sometimes 3 months in advance!) about changed pricing, especially if it’s not in my favour. Some of them also mark the changes! Sure, there are probably not millions of private bunq customers with more than €100,000 but just imagine you are one of them and you’re not reading together... you suddenly have to pay a fee, every day.
                        Imagine bunq would add a fee for each transfer you do (bunq Business pricing is really different from bunq Personal btw), but the only info you get about it is on together..
                        I’m personally fine with not getting an email for each little change, if it doesn’t really affect me (like changes for bunq Business pricing if I only have bunq Personal), but if it affects my membership pricing I definitely want an email about it.
