Formerly, I was able to enter an e-mail address.
Now, the "@" character is no longer allowed AND the length of the Description is limited -- so my e-mail address wouldn't fit any longer.
By the way: "00" is only the special prefix in most European countries.
All over the world, this is used: 00, 011, 000, 0011, 009, 0015, 010, 119, 8~10 (~ = wait for second dial tone), and many many more regional varieties.
So, "+" is an absolute necessity. :-)
