Hoi. Is je kaart net nieuw? Heb je hem in de app geactiveerd met het nummer dat in de brief stond? Ondersteunt de winkel de kaart die je gebruikt (Maestro of MasterCard)? Heb je bunq Premium?

Wat voor foutmelding zie je als je probeert te pinnen?

Sorry to hear that you cannot use your bunq card! Could you please confirm a couple of things for me:

• Have you activated your card? You can see this via the cards screen, and you can use the activation code that came with your card if it's not yet active.
• If your card is indeed active, do you receive a failed payment event in the Events screen? This will let you know why the payment was not successful.

If your card is active, and you do not see an event if your Events screen, then something weird is going on and I'd recommend you contact support via Private Matters so they can look into your case in more detail.

My cards says "magneet strip kan niet worden gelezen". Now bunq tells me to order 2 new cards (16€ again) how is this service? Bunq is being a total rip off lately. Service is far gone.

@UNCODED#49333 Hmm, I personally think bunq should send replacements for free. Paying for new ones sounds kind of silly in this case.
