Some people can't find the support chat immediately, so they post on together. To prevent this I would love to see something like "Looking for private support?" when you create a new post :) So people don't get confused.
It could be a small button when you create a new post, and if someone contacted the support already you could hide this - so this is only visible for "first time support chat users" :)
