What Cashback & Perks can I get?

Cashback

As a bunq Free Business or bunq Core Business user with verified Business account or Employee Access you can automatically get 0.5% on each purchase you make with your Credit Card or Virtual Credit Card.
As a bunq Pro Business or bunq Elite Business user with a verified Business account or Employee Access you can automatically get 1% Cashback on each purchase you make with your Credit Card, Virtual Credit Card, or Employee Cards.

Note 1: Business Cashback is only available for cards ordered through your Business account.

Note 2: bunq Elite users can invite up to 2 friends to earn more Cashback together. More details can be found here.

To claim a discount offer, follow these steps:

You’ll be taken to our partner Mastercard’s page with instructions about the offer you selected
Follow the instructions on Mastercard’s page to claim your discount

Who can use these Cashback & Perks?

Business account users and employees based in 🇳🇱 the Netherlands, 🇧🇪 Belgium, 🇫🇷 France, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇪🇸 Spain, and 🇮🇪 Ireland can enjoy the Business Cashback & Perks.

Cashback and Perks earned through Employee Cards will be credited to the Business account rather than the Employee's account.

How is Cashback calculated and paid out?

Cashback will be paid out each week based on the Business account’s Payday settings. The payout is being transferred to the Business account’s billing Bank Account. Once the Business account receives bunq Payday, you’ll be able to see each payment that earned Cashback directly in the Payday event by tapping on “Cashback earned”.

Keep in mind that only payments that’ve been fully settled will receive Cashback.

Example calculations

bunq Free Business and bunq Core Business users

You’re purchasing an office printer using your Business account’s Credit Mastercard or Employee Card. Your total bill is €1000. We take 0.5% of the €1000 payment to calculate your earnings. The Cashback you’ll earn back in your billing account will be €1000 x 0.5% = €5.

bunq Pro Business and bunq Elite Business users

You’re purchasing a laptop using your Business account’s Credit Mastercard or Employee Card. Your total bill is €2500. We take 1% of the €2500 payment to calculate your earnings. The Cashback you’ll earn back in your billing account will be €2500 x 1% = €25.

Are Perks stackable?

You can claim multiple offers at once, helping you save more on each purchase made with partners you’ve claimed discounts from.

Is there any limit on Perks used?

The limit for each discount offer varies by partner. You can find more details on Mastercard’s page by tapping on the specific offer.

What is the expiration period for the Perks?

Discounts have varying expiration dates, depending on the partnership terms. Once a discount is no longer available, it will be removed from our landing page for the specific region.
