When using the foreign currency subaccounts, there are a few options of adding money to these accounts. One of which is exchanging it from one of your own accounts.
Now, in the basic this works fine, but you can only select an amount of the currency your transferring from, which will then end up in the new currency on the receiving account.
But why is the opposite not possible? To define the amount of the currency I'm transferring to?
Say I want to add exactly $1000 to a sub account. Currently, I would have to estimate how much euro this would be, and then let this transfer to the account. If I would then gamble on €1000, then I'd have too much or too little depending on the conversion rate at that moment (which changes fast due to ZeroFX).
I would rather see that I can just say "Add $1000", and then a conversion that would state "ok, that will be €931,14 from your account. Confirm?". Could this maybe be implemented at some point?
