I haven’t thoroughly looked through the forum if this feature has been discussed before, but I encountered it somewhere else, and it seems to be a dead simple idea but should, in my mind, prevent people from determining if an email is actually from Bunq or not.
Basically, let users set a numeric code of a couple of digits in the app (apart from the login code of course), and every single email from Bunq from that point on includes that code at the top of the email. So everyone should recognise the code they’ve entered themselves, therefore the email can be considered legit.
