I am in the process of applying for a mortgage with an Irish bank. The Irish bank has requested me to obtain written confirmation from Bunq to confirm that I have no credit accounts with Bunq. I submitted a request in the Bunq app 8 days ago but I only received a response yesterday. Instead of sending me the written confirmation requested, the Bunq team just sent me my regular bank account statements for the last 3 months. This does not resolve my request at all. I have been waiting over 1 week and my mortgage application is delayed as a result. This is terrible customer service.
