I've contacted support a few times the past year, and most of my questions were answered by sending me a link to a Together page containing an animated Gif.
I personally find it hard to follow these instructions, especially since there's no way to pause them.
Would it be possible to add a transcription to these articles, so I can just ignore the Gifs?

Thank for sharing your thoughts 💭 ... I think it's a good idea to add some step by step bullet wise instructions together with the animated instructions. So everybody can follow the steps even in case the animations are going to fast.👍
