I have recently decided to start using Bunq as my main bank, and I’m missing one particular feature of other banks like ABN and ING.
I’ve got a mortgage, and it was very useful to see the date of the direct debit a few days in advance, because my provider announces it every month.
With Bunq, there is unfortunately no feature like this, and while a direct debit can be accepted within a timeframe of 5 days, I’d still prefer to have a notification a few days in advance and then an auto-accept. So this way I don’t have to go to the app to accept it.
Please consider adding this feature some time in the future.
