Offline vault with your card info

Hi, I was at an airport abroad without internet (no wifi) and needed my credit card number and CVC, but without internet, the app won't allow you to login and see the details. Please consider creating some kind of offline vault within the app where my cards would be visible offline along with their card details. And no, I do not want to use a 3rd party app to store my card details.
