• Premium plan without ATM fee

Hey guys,

The only reason why I am using N26 is because they offer a plan without any global ATM fee. Any idea if bunq will ever offer this on short term?

@Engin#42199 bunq Premium does not have a fee for ATM withdrawals as long as there are not more than 10 in a billing period. 🙂

Does this apply to non-Euro currencies as well?

Let’s say I withdraw USD in the USA

@-John-#42207 This is exactly what I needed! Thanks!!

@Engin#42208 But just for your information: The ATM withdrawals / day limit is 500€ - not sooooo much but enough for me :)

That works, as long as it is daily :)

@Engin#42212 @-John-#42237 It's daily and per card, so it is 1500EUR with 3 cards. At most ATMs you will only get 500EUR anyway. So, the higher limit of N26 is more theoretically.

@Engin#42205 Pls remember that US ATMs are notorious for demanding ATM fees. That is completely outside bunq‘s control 😊

The somehow obvious suggestion for me would be to first complete coverage of countries
                    - which are a part of SEPA (for EUR payments)
                    - whose residents are allowed to sign up as customers for a bunq bank account.
That would be European Union countries:

                    • BGN Bulgarian Lev
                    • HRK Croatian Kuna
                    • CZK Czech Koruna
                    • PLN Polish ZÅ‚oty (bit strange it's not supported yet, considering the population size)

...and, maybe, the non-EU EEA/EFTA countries' currencies:

                    • NOK Norwegian Krone (Norway is a SEPA country)
                    • ISK Icelandic Krona (a small country, but the last remaining EEA currency)

These should also be straightforward from a licensing/legal standpoint.
