AFAS personal (huishoudboekje) integratie

Ik maak gebruik van het huisboekje van AFAS Personal. Transacties van al mijn andere rekeningen kunnen (middels een plugin) geimporteerd worden in AFAS. Graag zou ik ook zo een integratie zien voor Bunq, nu moet ik alles ouderwets met de hand overtypen.

Voor mij zou de API niet eens nodig zijn.
Zakelijk heb ik Moneybird al gekozen gemiste kans voor AFAS, maar privé is een huishoudboekje wel handig.

Het inlezen van de Bunq CSV file werkt bij AFAS niet, Bunq staat er niet eens bij.
Terwijl er een waslijst aan bedrijven in hun lijst staat.

AFAS Support zegt niet te weten wanneer ze dat gaan fixen.
Heb nu wel nog iemand buiten support om benaderd om er eens naar te kijken.

Wij zijn groot fan van koppelingen - vandaar dat we een primeur hadden maanden geleden met het openen van toegang tot onze Public API. Maar it takes two to tango: het is nu aan andere partijen om te koppelen... Wij doen al ons best om ze daartoe te bewegen, als jullie mee zouden kunnen helpen zou dat fantastisch zijn!

Related to that is the question why the API for card transaction lacks detail so much.

A card transaction has so much info associated, including address of the shop, merchant category, method of card use. bunq should make much more of it available through app and API to empower the customer. Other apps like Monzo or DiPocket do a better job in this area.

I'll add this to our wishlist, so we can keep track if more bunqers would love to see this feature in the bunq API 📝

Our focus is to have a simple uniform API. A lot of information with cards is inaccurate up to the point that it is unfortunately unusable. The other day we got information from a terminal located in West Germany. I kid you not.

I would rather have information that is inaccurate than no information at all, really. I prefer paying by card rather than cash to retain as much information about my spending behaviour as possible, and I would find it very unfortunate if my bank doesn't trust me to use it responsibly. I guess I'm told to stick to DiPocket for my day to day spending then?

The West German issue is well known, for some reason certain banks have continued using the old identifier code.

There is no one-size-fits-all. If you feel more comfortable using DiPocket stick to it by all means :)!
