That's unfortunate to hear... Are you yourself also a bunq customer? If so, I recommend you to contact bunq support: http://together.bunq.com/d/32181
If you use the SOS support feature at the bottom, you'll receive a response within 10-20 minutes: https://together.bunq.com/d/44000
Please change your bunq security code and check if you're seeing any devices you don't recognize in the bunq settings (Profile > Settings > Security & Settings).
Dit is ook bij mij gebeurt met een nog veel hoger bedrag. Wat moet ik nu doen!

Hi! Did you find a solution? I’ve just noticed the same, around €3000,- was transferred to the same bunq bank account. From 3 different sub-accounts so i didn’t notice immediately.
Not sure where to start as bunq is not available by phone and there’s no way to cancel the transfer or ask for the money back through the app. Any help?

How strange! I have not experienced it, but I immediately lowered the maximum amount per day and automatic logout at 5 minutes
This happened to my account as well. I reported it to the Bunq support & fraud team - in November and then again in January, but have not heard back from them yet. If I do not hear back from them regarding this, then I have been advised to raise this with kifid (https://www.kifid.nl/).

I had the same, my account got hacked, they changed everything so my number was no longer associated with bunq and i had no more acces. i lost aprrox. 20.000,- It took a very long time, but eventually i got the money refunded thanks to kifid
