I needed to pay from my EUR account into a foreign account. Opened a Wise account. Made the payment. In Bunq the amount has come off my account? However in Wise it says that the payment is paused. How come? Any experiences?

Ondanks dat het een direct payment zou moeten zijn duurt het een aantal uren voordat je geld van bunq bij wise aankomt. Bunq en Wise willen hier geen verklaring voor geven. In het begin duurde een transactie slechts enkele seconden. Vandaag duurde de transactie van bunq naar wise bij mij een paar uren. Van wise naar Thailand een paar seconden. Je kunt die wachttijd omzeilen door het geld vanuit Wise te regelen en dan met IDEAL betalen van de bunq rekening, of een andere

The explanation is that bunq will send out the money to Wise via bank transfer, which takes a bit time to reach them. But you always get the lowest fees possible.
