Well, everything started neatly. I created the account and connected with birdee. I committed an amount of money suitable for me and send it automatically to this account monthly. I also turned on the auto save thing where all of my spendings are rounded up and sent to this account. Then after a while, I wanted to get my money back. I know I couldn’t get the money that is in progress. I also accepted that I’ll have some amount of time that I must wait. First of all, withdraw all didn’t work! At all! So I decided to enter an amount of money that I know for sure is not in progress or anything. (I summed them up from the transaction history) That kinda worked. I waited for a long time and created a support ticket. So it worked. But I still had the monthly automation going on and I still have money in there. I decided to cancel all the stuck transactions. Some of them were stuck in progress for a month! That didn’t help. You know where I’m at the moment? I can’t get my own money. Support doesn’t help. They say they’re working on the issue more than a month now which I don’t care or believe. I can’t cancel or do anything with that account. I also can’t close it. It’s my money sent to trash really. Epic epic epic fail on Bunq’s side. I sincerely cannot suggest the investment thing to anyone.
