Well, everything started neatly. I created the account and connected with birdee. I committed an amount of money suitable for me and send it automatically to this account monthly. I also turned on the auto save thing where all of my spendings are rounded up and sent to this account. Then after a while, I wanted to get my money back. I know I couldn’t get the money that is in progress. I also accepted that I’ll have some amount of time that I must wait. First of all, withdraw all didn’t work! At all! So I decided to enter an amount of money that I know for sure is not in progress or anything. (I summed them up from the transaction history) That kinda worked. I waited for a long time and created a support ticket. So it worked. But I still had the monthly automation going on and I still have money in there. I decided to cancel all the stuck transactions. Some of them were stuck in progress for a month! That didn’t help. You know where I’m at the moment? I can’t get my own money. Support doesn’t help. They say they’re working on the issue more than a month now which I don’t care or believe. I can’t cancel or do anything with that account. I also can’t close it. It’s my money sent to trash really. Epic epic epic fail on Bunq’s side. I sincerely cannot suggest the investment thing to anyone.

          @Suha-Aquamarine-Leopard#259659 Unfortunately we had a lot of off-topic comments by a random user here, this could've confused GG as to what Aniello was referring to. I cleaned up a bit, hopefully this makes some discussion related to the topic here possible.

          As for your situation: yes, that shouldn't happen. Totally agree. Personally my experience with Easy Investments has been mostly good, but it's clearly not 100% robust yet. Granted, it does warn you about it being a Beta version, but probably they should put a bigger warning so nobody goes in with too high expectations.

            @Jakob-Y#259664 Having a public Beta is much different than having a non-working solution. Since this is banking and I can’t do anything described in the documents I agreed, I’ll chase after this. I don’t mind having small bugs here and there as long as happy path works. The problem here for me is that this should have been resolved with a support request whereas all I get from support is that the team is working on it. I’m not willing to give money for free even if it’s not much :)

                @New-Blue-Bear-3386955120#259666 I’m sure there are some people having similar problems. I’m just glad I didn’t put so much money in that locked place. If it has been a while for you top, you can file an formal complaint. Then after following that procedure, within 3 months it gets a bit more serious.                   Tomorrow, I’ll start the formal complaint process. That’s for sure. This whole thing and no proper respond from a bank is ridiculous.

                    Please share this post wherever you can and let people know that this service is not trustworthy.

                      @Suha-Aquamarine-Leopard#259938 Yes, the service is untrustworthy because it's in beta. Bunq support already told you that they can't help you because their developers still have to fix it.

                        @thijsoost#259943 Beta doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. Support’s duty is fixing the individual problems if we have to wait for a next release. This is a bank, not a game. I simply can’t get my money from my account and also can’t interfere with anything over there. Again, Beta doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. Nothing works in that account for me and nobody cares. I get the same response from support without an ETA or any time window to fix it. Then the ticket gets closed on me. I mean, what sort of support is that? If I’m told that I’ll get an update in X amount of time, I can understand that. It’s not the case. Again, developers should fix the bugs. But our problems can be fixed before that.

                              Having the exact same issue I understand this an early development project but omg this is a massive massive bug on a bank aswell just ridiculous!!!

                                @Kesko#260165 I am trying to close too but it doesn’t allow me to do that as well 😅 and people still say it’s because this is a Beta thing. Unbelievable.

                                  Haha, an update: just now I was able to request a full withdrawal but it seems some of my money is gone in thin air 🫠 anyways, it wasn’t much. Let’s see how long withdrawal takes and then I’ll close it hopefully. I’ll update here for anyone who cares.

                                    @Suha-Aquamarine-Leopard#260252 I had to do it through support. But the support kept saying „we are working on it“ and just closing the ticket after a few days. It required leaving a couple of 1 Star Reviews and frustrated messages for someone to finally promise me to keep the ticket opened until the issue (payout) has been processed

                                        Update: Still haven’t received the money so I can’t close the account.
