  • Knowledge Base suggestion - How to bank with bunq 🌈

Hi there πŸ™Œ,
I see that there are a lot of question on together for issues or problems which are not really specific to bunq but in general on banking knowledge.
Like (What is the IBAN number used for ... Credit vs Debit cards... non SEPA transfers.. and so on).
Probably, because a lot of new users are new to banking because either at their first bank account, or used to very traditional banks with less exposed information and way less automation.

My suggestion then is about creating good and consistent help documents, with maybe some cool videos as bunq was used to do in the past.. they were really good, snappy and easy to learn ins and outs of the App together with basic knowledge of banking.

A space with Together... or separate in a ad hoc container... maybe named "bunq University"

I would then make sure that in a proper screen which needs to be acknowledged during sign up, the main link to the "bunq University" is displayed and also sent in the email confirming the account had been created.

Additionally, if the training area is available outside bunq network, like the case for Together, a lot of people who do not have bunq access could get a taste of the good features offered by bunq and trust the fact that you can get banking processes information easily and then sign up with more conviction.

My suggestion comes from other financial services companies which provide excellent "university" services.
Thank you a lot πŸ™ for reading
Regards 🌈

    @Gianguig#249499 Thats cool

      @Gianguig#249499 Now all the bunq knowledge articles are spread across Together, and maybe things are not easy to find for new users. Maybe something like the support page of N26 or the support page of Revolut can be an idea for bunq? To categorise the articles so it becomes clearer?

      Edit: wait, bunq also has a similar page here but I never see it mentioned in the community...

        @thijsoost#249562 Great link πŸ‘
        I think N26 support information and organization is quite good. It has a structure.

        Still, I was thinking to something with more added value and a reason to go to also as source of info on banking in general with a good attention to bunq features.

        I know that cryptos are a highly debatable subject, but Crypto.com did quite a good job with this https://crypto.com/university

        I am thinking also as a project with other companies or schools which work in the teaching and training and finance / banking areas and would be willing to share and co sponsor the project.

        A candidate for example on Investment area could be Birdee.

        Just ideas πŸ’‘
        Cheers 🌈

          @thijsoost#249562 https://www.bunq.com/helpdesk lists a few Together articles ordered by category and links to the tag pages. Of course there's many many more articles, but it's a start and gives a good intro imho.

            @Jakob-Y#249569 Yes I saw it after I typed my comment! I already added it to my comment at the bottom

              @thijsoost#249572 Woopsie! Sorry I should be more attentive :D
